How fast can you turn a job around?
Turnaround depends on the job, quantity, and finish. Simple digital print runs (cards, flyers, banners) can often be quoted with a fast turnaround — sometimes same-day for small runs. Larger jobs, vehicle wraps, and full identity work take longer. Send a brief and we'll quote a realistic timeline.
Do you do the design too, or only print supplied artwork?
Both. We design from scratch, redesign what you already have, or print files you supply. If you send artwork, we prefer PDF (with bleed) or layered AI / PSD at 300dpi. We'll always check files before printing and flag anything that won't reproduce well.
What's the minimum order?
No hard minimums — we'll print 50 cards or 5,000. Small runs cost more per unit; larger runs unlock better rates. We'll always quote both options if it's borderline.
Can you deliver outside Windhoek?
Yes. We can arrange delivery anywhere in Namibia — Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Oshakati, Ondangwa, Otjiwarongo, Rundu, and elsewhere. Delivery is quoted per job; for large signage orders we can arrange on-site installation too.
Do you do colour proofs?
Yes. For brand-critical work we can run a digital colour proof on the actual stock before the full run prints, so you can sign off in person. Ask when you brief us and we'll include it in the quote.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are confirmed in writing on the quote — EFT or cash. We'll send you a tax-compliant invoice with every job.
